How old do you have to be to enter the establishment?
Our restaurant is child and service animal friendly until 11pm. After 11pm guests must be 21 years of age.
Is a reservation needed to visit your establishment?
While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend making a reservation beforehand to guarantee accommodations. Fridays through Sundays tend to fill up quickly, so we advise making reservations at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
What happens to the deposit for my reservation?
We currently do not require a deposit or a reservation under 6 guests. However if a deposit is received for 6 guests and up. The deposit will be applied to your bill.
What time are your hours for brunch?
Our brunch hours are Saturday and Sunday beginning at 12:00pm until 6:00pm with the last order being sent to the kitchen by 4:30pm so that guests can partake in our bottomless option for 1hr and 30min.
I have a reservation but I am running late, what are my options?
If you are running late for your reservation, please take into consideration that we have a 15 minute grace period. However, we cannot guarantee that your table will be available if you arrive after the grace period. In such cases, you will be placed on our waitlist and we will accommodate you when possible, but seating cannot be guaranteed. It's important to note that lateness does not extend your 90 minute seating limit for brunch.
Is there a dress code?
We encourage everyone to dress to impress. We do not have a strict dress code but we do have a list of clothing articles that are not allowed inside such as flip flops, caps and tank tops
Is there a cover charge to enter?
At the present time there is no cover charge to enter our establishment. However there may be events and game days where a cover charge may be imposed. Please call us to verify.
Until what time is the kitchen open?
Our kitchen closes at 11pm. However we have a late night menu that includes our shareables and a few dishes that is available until 1am.
Is the 18% auto gratuity added to my bill the tip?
We have an Auto Gratuity policy in place to ensure that all staff members who contributed to your experience are recognized and compensated accordingly. Please note that the Auto Gratuity is not designated solely for your server, but is shared among the entire team. If you wish to provide an additional tip for your server directly, you may do so by adding it in the designated section on your receipt or by giving cash. There is no auto gratuity at the bar.
Am I able to bring in decorations and balloons for a party?
Certainly, you are welcome to bring balloons and light decorations to our venue without incurring any additional charges. However, please note that we strictly prohibit any confetti or signage to be taped to our walls or décor. In the event of any damage resulting from the use of sticky tape or confetti, a cleanup fee will be charged accordingly.
Can I bring a cake or cupcakes in for my party?
Our venue charges a cake fee of $25 for any cakes or cupcakes that are brought into the venue. This fee will be included in the final bill. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any cakes or cupcakes left behind, as they will be discarded at the end of the day.
Does your establishment have a lost and found section?
Please be advised that our venue shall not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or abandoned personal items. In the event that you may have misplaced or lost any belongings, we kindly request that you contact our office at 917 686 5860 and report the incident. Our team shall endeavor to assist you in locating your belongings, to the best of our abilities."
